Wrong cooldown in tooltip

I don't know if you care about tooltips, but it's wrong here for some reason. It always showed 3 seconds and I've changed nothing in my setup (maybe outside corrupting Seismic trap). In reality, it's 3 seconds, so like it should be, I tested the cooldown with a stopwatch. So the 2 seconds cooldown here is wrong and I don't know what caused it, maybe corruption.
