Despair bugged with Arrogance support?

Hello,

I have the amulet called "Impresence Onyx Amulet‌"
(this amulet makes despair reserve nothing)

Ok so here we go
I am trying to 4link it with "Blasphemy Support‌" (That makes it an AURA)
Increased Area of Effect Support‌ and Arrogance support + of course despair.

On the tooltip it shows the increased area support working for despair but the arrogance does not change the tooltip whatsover, more so the spell icon shows us that they are linked correctly, and there is also the check mark on the gem for despair.
Is arrogance support bugged with despair(aura) or is it only the tooltip that is not updating?

Same for me... now I'm not sure either if its bugged or its just tooltip, but I'm sure it was intended for it to work...
