Jun keeps spawning in unclickable locations

1st time it happened I though I just got unlucky but its now happen 3 time over the course of 2 maps so I'm starting to think its less me and her spawn location choices are the issue. She continues to spawn in various ways that makes her unclickable, usually its inside a piece of the environment you can't interact with but she has also spawned on ledges I can't even get to.

Screen shots by themselves don't help. Get a bug report number as well.
