Looking for a good slam build

Hello,

I'm looking for a good slam build that would take me far into map. I'm generaly only playing about 20H/week so something budget friendly and fun since it's probably gonna be my only character for this league.

I'm far from being a pro so a complete build (with leveling section) would be the best.
