Starting a new guild

Going to try starting my own guild. I've tried applying to some good guilds but I do not meet the requirements so I'm starting my own.

I've been playing since Metamorph (Harvest, Ritual and Ultimatum I barely played). I'm not a noob but I'm not amazing either.

I wanted to make a guild where people could learn how to get better. Ideally we could take the people who know the most and make a group for league start. But in general I think the goal of the guild should be to help each other improve.
