Curse effect on players might need adjustment for 3.15

IT will be very difficult to deal with things like Temp chain blasphemy with the Flasks changes.

For example Curse effect having been buffed with clusters in last leagues I could see few leagues ago already players having enfeeble curses to such effectiveness that in melee range you would deal 0 damage.

Now with those changes to flasks it will be a pain.
