Game uses my keys automatically somehow

Hi!
So whenever I tab outside of the game and tab back in the game it automatically uses my "1" and "2" keys. I have no clue why this happens, but it triggers my flasks and if I have the chat open it literally types "12". I have no overlays or Autohotkeys or anything like this running. Help is very welcome.
