Looking to buy a decently cheap bladeblast/blade fall Assassin (5-50 EX budget)

Hey I'm looking to spend some exalts for a full or mostly full BladeBlast/ Blade Fall Assassin, lemme know how much and if possible could you post/link the items included in the build.

I can spend anywhere from 5-50 Exalts on this build, and would prefer to buy as a whole not in pieces.
