I want sell my Chaos for yout Veiled Chaos - how this work?

I cant see Veiled Chaos in my premium trade interface menu. how do people do it? the market shows that they somehow do it. tell me how to trade a new currency. change my chaos for a new currency. price fixers and sellers of 1 piece do not interest me. I want to set up my lot and calmly accept applications.
