Useless Ultimatum

I am not sure if this is intended or not (probably not), but when i finished kitava in Act5 and went to Lily there was an Delirium mirror down by the boat. I dont know if this is strictly a bug, but it is useless there to say the least. Just wanted to know if everything is as it should be.

Thanks for catching the mistake in naming(fixed), but it is not portal seeing as it shows the mirror image behind it and also shows on minimap.
