Betrayal target stuck in wall

After defeating a target they got stuck inside the wall and I cant reach them to interrogate. Is there any way to unstuck them?

Ran into this today, Elreon stuck inside fortification wall.

My Jun also have the same problem which spawn inside the Fort wall as the Betrayal target is killed quite near the wall.
