Alternate art bases

I was thinking about alt art uniques as collectors items. My thought was that it could be very interesting if there were non-unique alt-art items that dropped as part of the regular game. Having them drop as a very rare replacement for a normal base, e.g. Harbinger bow.

In the case of Harbinger Bow, it would have an enchantment in Harbinger glyphs and a different thematic appearance. In addition perhaps it could have a trail or other MTX-like effect, but that's unnecessary, as is 3D art (though nice). In my opinion a similar but enhanced item art would be very nice for it.

The stats of the item would remain the same, yet it would be a luxury crafting base to work with and integrate into a build.
