Grand Heist [laboratory] becomes Powerpoint slide

Hi,

I have this weird issue with a grand heist location where anyone that enters the instance becomes super slow. by slow, it causes everything including the monsters to be moving at super slow speeds and frames like a picture slide. Coming out of the instance, everything is back to normmal with regular speeds. If i were to use my kinetic blast for detail, it is so slow i can see the explosion slide by slide go off in the instance while back in the hideout it has no issues.

It did not happen right away, it slowly but gradually happened while i was progressing in the heist.

I would also like to clarify that going back into the instance will have everyone still be slow.

5+ threads have been made over several days without GGG response.

I have a video showing this behavior if it's needed. I'd like to run my replicas in SSF =(
