T13 Factory not spawning Master mission nor infused mod

I just full cleared an T13 Factory with an Einhar Master Misson and Infused Breach, couldnt find neither of those in the map and even after killing everything I saw on the map there were around 28 missing monsters, I might have missed a few but I wouldnt miss a single beast if they were in the map
