Missing monsters and einhar beasts

Doing factory map, I cleared everything, walked around twice and found nothing.
The map says over 50 monsters are missing, and also 4 einhar beasts. Map had garden, Einhar and metamorph. Ticket number 1,173,320,150 https://imgur.com/a/uSxImjT Last bumped on Apr 27, 2021, 6:02:46 PM

Same thing just happened to me, found 1/6 beasts (the red one), can't find the rest. Also in Factory map that had a garden (no metamorph though)
