Anyone here hiring someone for group play?

I've been playing since delirium league
and ever since that I play about 13-16 hours a day
but my consistency in currency per day is very bad
because i'm not particularly good at juice mapping and all of that
I'm only good at playing for long amounts of time

I can play any role if you want
I Just need a group who is welcoming kind and fair in splitting loot
also good friends

Singapore and Japan realm only because i'm from asia
