The Maven's Crucible Vulkan Bug

My maven arena has been bugged like this since the start of the ultimatum league. This effect has persisted through several computer and game reboots.
Im on windows 10 with a nvidia GTX 1070 I also ran the packcheck.exe and that did not fix the problem. This graphical bug seems to be a Vulkan issue. Switching to directx11 while in the arena fixed the issue.
