Safe Passage quest bug

My character has experienced a weird bug on Act 10 during Safe Passage Quest.
Arriving at Cathedral Rooftop where you supposedly fight enemies to free Bannon doesnt seem to activate, soft locking the game. And worse, you can't even exit the place because the exit is bugged out also.  Last edited by rafasr on Apr 21, 2021, 12:14:40 PM Last bumped on Apr 21, 2021, 1:14:02 PM

Well, after completing some other quests in act 10, and the one "deliver staff of purity to bannon" might have activated the Safe Passage quests, went there and the cultists appeared and I saved him
