Bug with blight scarab and map blight enchantment

So i used blight scarab with blight map with enchant "additional blight encounter" so i entered map, it has mod on right top corner "Area containts 2 additional Blight Encounters" but there is only 1 in reality.
Mb it happens only with jun on map, cause my map had 3 jun instnces. Courthouse map, bug number 4 069 176 701
