White boxes popping up with random intervals also slow rendering.

im having white boxes popping up when im playing and it seems to trigger more often when im pressing multiple keys at once. could be wrong but either way the white boxes are quite annoying. Also im having another issue where stuff loads really slowly when entering maps or opening inventory etc. Any fixes? Never had any of these issues before btw.

Also got white box issues, tried disabling MTX and overlays etc but nothing changed.
No problem on rendering tho
