Turbo Ice shield charge raider

Introduction

Hi guys, just made this 3rd version of shield charge. I always wanted to make a decent shield charge build. This one is pretty fast and kind of hard to control but its fun. Its new and has only been tested on low red maps, she can do it but not too crazy mods. I've only gotten to level 79 and I don't have a ton of currency, I am sure someone with more currency can do more DPS with my build. Currently at 2mil dps on POB.

Leveling tips:

Just go for the shield nodes first to boost your dps then depending on how you are doing, either get the dps nodes or hp. Try to get the mana leech early because you run out of mana pretty fast. Tabula helps early, also I beat uber lab at lvl 70 with this, just wanted to see if i can. This is a very active build.
