Molten Strike stuck at 1.5 million dps

Hello peeps;

I followed this build; https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2211489.

The build has made me improve too far and fast. I had 100k dmg and in a few days i got to 1.5 million dps. The build just clears the t16 maps so easily and melt the bosses in seconds. But after several weeks I realized that im always at 1.5 million dps no matter what i do. I suppose that's related to the gear i have (almost the same in the build + the build has 1.9 m so thats not a big difference either) can anyone suggest me some good gear to go further? I might share my PoB with you to see my gear and stuff. I have around 15 exalts in the bank

If you would have a POB we could have a look how to improve.
