Cortex map portal disappeared after i relog

Hi,
I was trying to change character to my bosser at the end of the Cortex map.
I only used one of my portal, so I still have 5 remaining.
However, after I relog with my bosser, all Cortex portals disappeared from my hideout.
Any idea on what might be happening?
