Stuck in open doorway on heist mission.

While playing the heist where you look for the Admirals papers I had some rubber banding due to poor latency and am now stuck inside the doorway unable to move or use any travel powers. Because this is a heist I can't portal my way out so the only thing I can do at this point is log out and lose the items I picked up on that mission.
