Chains of Command nerf

Am I the only one bothered by how they nerfed CoC into the ground? I had been thinking about messing with that item for a while and this league I tried it only to realize that they limit your number of weapons to 14! And this limit is shared with the gem skill AW.

It MIGHT be fine if we could get the guardian weapons going WITH the regular animate weapons but they share the same limit.

Its super frustrating how items like the headhunter are fine but CoC gets slammed like this.

I wasnt really sure where to put this post but it was a Necro I was playing on with CoC so I figured here might be good.

They also added an internal cooldown so you can't summon multiple weapons. Instead it is now one by one
