Current builds for 3.13

My friend and I prepared a non-commercial site for people, where we collected several popular builds, slightly tweaking the interface for convenience. All builds contain the author, so you can always check the original on the forum.

The site will still be refined so that in the near future we will add more builds, guides for working with the trading platform, currency farming, and so on.

We will be glad to receive adequate criticism, wishes and advice on what to improve or alter. I will answer for all yours questions.

Good idea. The build lists n POE are not maintained well, that is some characters are never updated (but some are).
