Spider Lair Map Boss Spawns Outside of Arena #1058769546

As titled, Spider Lair map boss was outside the arena without me able to exit (arena door did not spawn to let me exit)

More Info:
Killed T9 Spider Boss. The second phase starts where it disappears shortly then reappears. However for me it just died and didn't reappear again.

The door to exit the boss room was closed. I saw the boss outside the arena so I needed to exit to Char Select, and re-enter the map from the portal at the start in order to be able to exit the boss arena. I ran back and killed the boss outside of the boss arena. I think it was in it's second phase. I don't know if it's supposed to be a 2 phase fight.

The map pathed in such a way that the last stretch of the map path shared walls with the boss arena. It could be that this wall was too thin and the boss was somehow able to spawn outside of it.
