My DPS is wrong, need help with berserker cyclone.

So I have two characters with almost the exact same skill tree, one is in the main game and the other is in the Ritual League. The main game toon has a sheet dps of about 150k in my hideout.

The toon in the ritual league has only 99k sheet DPS after upgrading to a new weapon that is better in everyway than the last one. I only had about a 20k DPS increase. The new weapon in the ritual league is still better than the one I have in the main game yet I have such low DPS.

Can anyone check my characters to see why?
