LL+Mana+Archmage Ivory Tower hiero build idea?

First of all
I want to give thanks and kudos to Baharoth15 for his amazing LL archmage assassin build!

It seems most hiero players use the cloak of defiance and pledge of hands, but I want to try out a LL hiero with the ivory tower.

Anybody can give some ideas?

Looking at poe.ninja, there are some people playing such a build in Ritual.
They all basically play Storm Brand.

I'm also trying to wrap my mind around such a character, which i still have left from 3.11 (before the nerfs)

I'll be honest, even with good numbers like 12k+ ES and 11k mana, it doesn't feel super strong.

Yeah, i can run most T16 just fine, but the damage is not really high, since
Sanctuary of Thought is mandatory (and even if i have access to the old Feverd Mind, it's still restricted to 1).

Also, you have to recast Storm Brand every few seconds anyway, so it's basically like playing a normal self casting spell

And do not forget that it's quite hard to reach a good chaos res on such a build, so if you receive a dmg spike when you are casting Storm Brand/Arcane Cloak, you have a pretty good chance to die.

All this in Standard with pretty good gear.

So yeah, i can totally see why most players prefer to run a MoM + Agnostic setup in Ritual, it's simpler and gives you even more eHP total.
