Bleed Axe?

Hello,

any way to get it going into a high-phys bleed axe with harvestcrafting and/or multimod?

Well it is hard because it is not magical sadly. Meaning, you cannot imprint it and thus the room for error is much smaller. I have a similar magic axe, only with an added T1 attack speed on it and the first thing I did was to imprint it before doing anything else.
You could use an ex and see what happens, then maybe play around with the "Remove a random non-Physical modifier from an item and add a new Physical modifier" and "Augment a Magic or Rare item with a new Physical modifier" harvest crafts.
If you wanna use the "Remove a random Physical modifier from an item" harvest craft, be sure to roll a "prefixes cannot be changed" first, since this is a phys elder prefix.

Finally, multimod added phys damage and quality.

All this only applies if you are adamant to make the item yourself instead of buying it from trade, since magical axes with this prefix + one more good phys roll are not terribly expensive (1-5 ex depending on the second mod).
Or You could even buy a magic elder siege axe and alt spam it for start.
