to join act 2 normal pvp talk to that guy who sells weapons however, in order to join these conditions must be mt 1. u r under lvl28 2. u have not entered cruel merciless act 2 talk to the same guy who sells weapons conditions must be at merc act 2 -Official creator of the Low Level PvP Thread
