Only Renegade supporter pack Available on ps4

Wenn will the Deadly Renegade Supporter set come out on ps4 ? At the moment only Renegade Supporter pack is online. also the other core support packs aren't online.

i heard you need to buy the renegade pack first and then their is gonna be a uprage in the ingame shop.
But my problem is that im still waiting for my renegade pack ingame. |
