[Xbox] Unable to invite to guild

Having trouble inviting others to my guild. When I send the invite they see a message “Account is not a member of this guild”.

Sure.
I invite them to the guild using RS + Up on the d-pad. I have tried using both their gamertag and individual character names. Have tried on league, and standard. When I send the invite and they aren’t logged in to the game, it shows the pending invite in the guild window. The second they log back in to the game, in their chat they see that error. We tried having them create a guild to invite me and the same thing happened. It looks to be automatically rejecting the invite. These two consoles are in the same home and set up for game sharing. We thought that might be a cause so disabled it and the issue persisted. Really not sure what could be causing this at this point. Any help you could provide would be appreciated. |
