Primordial Hideout Bug

I cleared all possible monsters in this area (Primordial Hideout in Primordial Blocks map - influenced with delirium orbs), moved around using contagion to see if any monster life bar appears, pixel by pixel and nothing, I can't find the last one if there is really one. Please help me, I really want that hideout :c

Can you unlock this hideout for me?
I have no idea when I'm going to see it again, I cleared all the monsters and still didn't unlock it in game. Please :( |
