Support Specters

Which support specters will be viable now? Before I had the following :

Carnage Chieftain for frenzy charges
Host Chieftain for Power Charges
Arena Master for AS/MS and cast speed
They of Tul for Damage reduction

With the nerfs to specters will it still be possible to keep the chieftains alive?

Furthermore, since they of tul got nerfed is it still viable for the spell dodge or would undying evangelist be better for defenses?
