~ Looking for thoughts on this gearset - Harvest Crafted ~

Hello all!
I am curious what peoples thoughts are on this gearset. Was crafted in Harvest League and I am trying to gather thoughts on its worth. It is a cycloner (obviously) and it shreds everything. I know some things (like the belt) are not surprising or anything, but some of the gear I have no clue on :)
