Old Witch-Necromancer in need of Revival

I have an old Necromancer build a Lv91 Summoner and I have a full respec available for it. This is on Standard.

I want to keep playing as a Summoner and of all the builds I played before I liked this build the most. What I would like to do is reset the tree, I am pretty sure this build is from 3.8 maybe older...


I have 120c and also 5Ex that I could spend on gear if required.

If anyone has some guidance or a skill tree/build reccomendation I would be happy. I am quite the casual player so running maps and not min/maxing is good for me.
