Flicker build missing a 0 on dps

Hey guys I just want to get some help on my current starforge farrul's build. I'm basically coping (http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2673238) this build but using a starforge and farruls with skill tree changes. On his pob he has 3m dps meanwhile I'm at 300k dps, I'm not sure what I'm missing out on the 3 million dps from. Would be really happy if a kind exile more knowledge at the game than me help me out.
