Super cheap capacity rod

Not sure if this is brag-worthy for the PC set, but comparing it to the other warstaves for sale on the Xbox market it looks pretty wicked.

Dirt cheap too - Heisted it as a 6L, picked up a decent set of mods on the first Chaos roll, and hit a white socket with one Encrusted fossil. Could be stronger for sure, but not bad at all for what I put into it
