+5 to all(!) Fire Spell Skill Gems Staff

playing RF when it dropped - testing it out now mit RF build.

but any ideas what build is best with it?

gotta be fireball with that flat added damage. fireball has 240% added damage effectiveness.

level 20 - 1095 to 1643
level 25 - 1846 to 2769 (70% more damage)
level 27 - 2266 to 3399 (110% more) with empower 3
level 28 - 2509 to 3763 (130% more) with empower 4

hmm :) maybe i will test it! rn i am 5linking flame wall and trying it together with RF.

one downside: it messes with elemental equilibrium + storm brand thanks to +fire damage on spells.

right. RF and Flame wall DONT want this staff.

neither spell can crit, and neither spell gets any use from 'added fire damage to spells'


its a great staff (firestorm would also use it), but not great for your build.
