[#924278660] Series of visual glitches, and crashes

This happens arbitrarily, glitches include offsetting of sprites, letters, weird coloring, etc.

This happens regularly, and keeps getting worse, glitching more and more ui elements, not to mention the crashes. Something is seriously wrong with the renderer.

Here's another more drastic example. This is less common but it still keeps happening.

Notice how reporting the bug correctly with the id is impossible since chat is unreadable.
