MacOS Mouse buttons

I got 5 button mouse but button 4 and 5 are. recognized by game as middle button.

I have noticed that as well, channeling skills seems to be a no go for now.
Was using mousepad however, haven't tried with an actual mouse. | |

Mouse binding an issue for me too.
I also have a 5 button mouse and button 4 and 5 are setting as middle mouse button. |
