Templar - Frozen Spark Guardian? - Forum

So this may be a strange question, but I saw a couple of builds a while back for a frozen spark guardian, but nothing recent. I've been playing around in PoB, and it looks like it would still work, but I'm new to theory crafting, so not entirely sure. Is this still a viable build for the new league?
