Mana leech for spells?

Hi all! I'm planning to play a witch this league with my first self-made build... But I hit a wall on mana. Attacks have a way to leech mana. I know spells have an elemental leech via shaper amulets like x% of elemental damage leeched as mana.

Eldrich battery + shield leech, or mana flasks. You can use mana reg if your mana cost isn't too high, either in the tree or with clarity.
