[Recruiting] Looking for 2-3 exiles to join an organized group for 3.12 Heist

Hello Exiles!



Purpose of this post:



We are looking to recruit 2 to 3 people who would like to be part of a consistent group of players that contribute to group strategy (leveling/mapping/gear acquisition). We currently have around 8 full-time members - a few of which have less time in this league.



Requirements:



We are looking for mature and respectful gamers that would like to coordinate toward objectives such as:



Getting Rich

Leveling to 100 in the first week

Finishing builds

Optimizing the league mechanic



You should be able to put in a LOT of time in the first week, as many of us take off work to be available 16+ hours a day at the start. After that, we all chill and go back to work and play mostly in the evenings.



We are mostly located on the west coast of the US in the Pacific timezone and anyone who wants to join should be able to play within our normal hours of ~6pm-1am (after the first week)



We typically play the league for 3-4 weeks although some people play for less and others more depending on schedules and how enjoyable the league mechanic/economy is.



About us:



Our group is full of older gamers 30-40 years old, some married, some with kids. We've been hardcore gamers for decades and we enjoy the hell out of PoE. We've played PoE on and off since Essence League although some of us have played on their own since beta. We are a zero drama group (too old for that) and we keep non-game discussion to a minimum. We use discord for everything and would be expecting any new member to be comfortable being on discord while playing with the group.



We are open to different currency strategies but typically use a consolidated method that allows a trader to work the economy while an optimized mapping group focuses on quickly climbing maps similar to how some of the more successful groups operate. Any new player that joins would be encouraged to contribute to this currency strategy but no player is ever forced to do so. Further specifics of what we are thinking about are available to those that are interested.

We would like to find experienced players that are familiar with fulfilling a specific role and know how to min/max it like crazy. Specifically, it would be most helpful if those interested were able to play:



- bosser

- cursebot



Additionally it would be great to find:



- an experienced crafter, as it is a bit of a blind spot in our group.



It isn't 100% required but those able to do those roles (and enjoy them) will be given preference. Lastly, we don't really care who you are in real life, and are very accepting of all types of people. We insist that any new member use common sense and be respectful.
