Lightning warp visual effect bug

If I try to warp to a location not directly reachble from my current location, the visual effect of ligthing warp gets stuck in the place I tried to warp to. I need to warp again close to that target place, from a valid place, to get it back to normal. A 15 seconds video on YouTube showcases this.
