Amulet price/check - assistance on what to do with it.

Was theory crafting a build I want to make, and looked at most suitable affix's for an amulet.

Found one for sale, but it was 100ex. No other records exist for the item.
The base is very poor and only ilvl 82.

I began to craft one myself, and after extensive time, I finally got it complete.



I still have an open Suffix, and I was considering adding crit multi.
There's no requirement for my build to use Crit Multi, so I never put it on.

Since then, I have moved away from the build and onto something different.

Would someone be able to assist in price checking / suggesting what to do with this?
