Cyclone Juggerbaut Build Help

Hi, looking for a decent gem setup with cyclone and speed.
i have the tailwind boots, they dont seem to give me extra speed, and my gem setup is maxed at about 49k dps , i have looked at other builds, cant seem to get higher than 49k.
my resistances are all 75% except chaos which is -25%.

look at my char and please offer an suggestions, and also i have completed a lvl 5 map, yet i am not getting lvl 6 maps, how do i progress?
