Game Crashes and disconnects at start and unplayable

Hello: I am able to log into the game for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then the game freezes and crashes. The game take an enormous amount of time to go into separate areas, when using the waypoints and highlighted doorways.

The above started happening after the update.

Is this being looked into?

All my drivers are updated?
