Unable to connect for about the last 20 minutes

The Initial loading screen shows "Checking resources" then after about 20 seconds says "Disconnected from patching server before patching completed. try again"
Is there anything wrong with the servers? Last bumped on Aug 6, 2020, 4:05:20 PM

I'm in Texas tried Texas washion and cal same thing happened.

Steam servers are currently in a state of borked. So, if you are connecting via Steam, you will be unable to login and will eventually get an "unexpected disconnect" error message in the game client.

Getting failed to join instance messages, steam servers are still down or so?
